Synopsis for the northern and central washington coastal and inland waters..High pressure will reside over the coastal waters through the day Wednesday. A system offshore will move southeast Wednesday night and will push into northern oregon Thursday morning. Weak high pressure will rebuild over the waters Thursday night into Friday before the next system moves into the area waters Friday night into Saturday. Another system will arrive late in the weekend.
